Sylvan Valley Industrial Center Hits the Market

In January, 2019 with a certificate of occupancy in hand and the facility's anchor tenant, SylvanSport moved in the building officially hit the market. The adjacent +30,000 square foot bay is now available for lease. The Sylvan Valley Industrial Center was purposefully designed as a modern, light industrial building with high, 26' ceilings, dock doors, access to public/private utilities and an energy efficient, precast/insulated concrete construction. The available square footage has allowed the Alliance to host clients interested in a location in Transylvania County. In its first few weeks on the market the facility has generated visits from companies and site selection professionals as far away as Florida and Canada.
