Meet Jerica Klinker, Lab Technician with Oskar Blues Brewery

Oskar Blues Brewery supports a workforce of 100 employees who each bring something special to the team here in Brevard. Working behind the scenes Jerica Klinker serves as a Lab Technician at the brewery and is responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of the company’s award-winning beers. Jerica has a science background with a degree in biology. She was first attracted to the company for the work and unique company culture, but after joining the company she has become part of a close knit team of likeminded coworkers who embrace a love for craft beer and passion for mountain biking, hiking and the great outdoors.
