Local Women-Owned Businesses Wanted

Transylvania County’s first ever Women’s Business Showcase is scheduled for April 16, 2016, at Connestee Falls. Women business owners in Transylvania County are invited to apply for the event and be listed in the event’s Women’s Business Directory. The deadline to apply is February 14 and if selected there will be a $20 registration fee that will be used to offset event costs.

The Showcase will provide participants with the opportunity to display their products and services and aims to help local women grow their businesses by connecting them with hundreds of customers. The Showcase will be hosted by Connestee Falls at the Overlook Clubhouse and is sponsored by Blue Ridge Community College Small Business Center, Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce, SCORE, and the Transylvania Economic Alliance.
