Go Global Road Show on April 15

Whether your company is currently exporting, export-ready, or you are interested in learning more about developing international markets, the Road Show on Friday, April 15 in Morganton, NC is an excellent opportunity for your company.

The Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina’s (EDPNC) International Trade Division maintains seven overseas offices that help companies like yours prosper by growing revenue through exporting. At the Go Global Road Show, experts based in Canada, China (Hong Kong and Shanghai), Japan, Korea, Europe and Mexico return to our State to bring their expertise directly to you. Foreign Trade Representatives will be conducting one-on-one meetings from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and 2:00-5:00 p.m. During the luncheon break from 12:00-2:00 p.m., Foreign Trade Representatives will give presentations on foreign markets and network opportunities followed by a question-and-answer period from the audience.

In addition to one-on-one meetings with representatives, the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of the U.S. will join the EDPNC to provide trade financing solutions – including export credit insurance, working capital guarantees, and guarantees of commercial loans to foreign buyers.

If you are interested in scheduling a one-on-one appointment with a foreign trade representative or the EXIM Bank managing director, or would like to attend the luncheon program, please contact Jen Vogelsberg at 919-447-7778 or Jen.vogelsberg@edpnc.com. Seating for the luncheon program is limited so please RSVP to Jen as soon as possible. Anyone interested in scheduling a one-on-one meeting with foreign trade representative will be directed to an EDPNC in-house business development managers to discuss their current export plan and which markets are best suited for their products.

If you are a business in Transylvania County and would like to attend the luncheon and carpool with the Alliance, please contact Josh Hallingse at 828-393-4130 or Josh@TransylvaniaAlliance.com
