Over the past four years Gaia Herbs has seen double digit growth in sales and the number of employees has increased from 91 employees in 2012 to 240 company-wide in 2016. According to King, “With increasing sales every year, Gaia Herbs welcomes the opportunity to expand our production capabilities to meet the growing demand for our products.” The Gaia Herbs manufacturing facility expansion encompasses several phases of construction commencing with an extensive utility infrastructure build-out to support the additional phases of construction and equipment to increase capacity (including a 300 ton chilled water supply, expanded high voltage electrical, large scale boiler implementation and additional extraction, concentration, blending and encapsulation capabilities). With increased capacity Gaia expects to continue to add additional jobs to support the demand for their products. Currently, Gaia is hiring 25 positions which can be found here.
