In an effort to maximize our support of our business community during this time of crisis, the Brevard/Transylvania Chamber of Commerce, Transylvania Economic Alliance, Heart of Brevard, BRCC Small Business Center, and Transylvania County Tourism have created a COVID-19 Transylvania Business Support Task Force. Our first effort was collaborating on a communication outlining the best resources and suggestions for our business community. The guide can be accessed on our COVID-19 webpage or accessed directly here. Both this webpage and resource guide will be updated periodically as information related to this situation changes.
We have also developed a short business survey that can be accessed here. We are asking our Transylvania County businesses to please take a few minutes to complete this survey by Friday, March 20th at 5 p.m. We know your time is extremely valuable, but the information gathered will be used to help guide our community's ongoing response while also helping shape best practices and gauge the impact of this situation as it unfolds. While the individual business responses will be confidential the data gathered will be reported in aggregate form which will help you and your peers strategize next steps.
If you have any additional information or feedback regarding this emergency or feel other items should be added to this guide please feel free to contact our organization directly or share with the partners listed below.
Thank you to you, our business leaders who are working together to help during this time of crisis. I know we will continue to show the resiliency that is a part of our heritage in Transylvania County.
